Annual Report of HWCCNC & PATA 2019-20
Introduction:
HWCCNC began 2020 with optimism and plans for new projects. However, the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic led to significant disruptions.

HWCCNC was responsible for delivering training as per the Department of Women Affairs’ guidelines, despite some challenges with local cooperation. The project was scheduled to conclude in December 2020.
2.Uthan Boithok Program: Held on November 25, 2019, at the Haridasi Centre in Gokorno village, this event was organized with the Bangladesh Mohila Sangstha and attended by notable figures, including Advocate Professor Momtaj Begum and four Members of Parliament.

6.PATA (Pathological Assistance for the Treatment of the Afflicted): Continued support with funding raised by Zakia Afreen and Pablo Barua’s children through a Savathon walk. The funds facilitated the installation of hygienic toilets and tube wells for safe drinking water. The clinic and pathology services faced temporary closure due to Covid-19.
