SpaandanB’s main decision-making body is its central Executive Committee (EC), which started with the founding members and others they selected. Any changes to the EC—adding or removing members—follow the organization’s constitution. The EC handles all policy decisions and oversees everything SpaandanB does outside of Bangladesh. For operations in Bangladesh, they appoint a country director to manage things locally. In the US, the admin team includes a President, General Secretary, and Treasurer, who are elected every two years by the EC members from within the group.
